finally after all the stress i put you guys through, my tongue is back to its normal color and everything looks good.

Glad to read that your tongue is back to normal.
With respect to the visiting the dentist, we have many who are piercing friendly and many who are not. You will have to ask him her when you get there.
If they are unhappy with the piercing, tell them to hold on a moment while you remove it. Once you are done, put it back in. If its a fitted shaft, it should not interfere with your teeth and gums and the dentist should be ok with that.

but im scared about taking out the barbell because what if it closes up during the time its out.
You have had the piercing in for long enough that you should not have a problem.
It will not be out for long maybe 20-30 minutes.
