turning the ring

OK... I know you said that we shouldn't turn new lip rings between cleanings, and I'm doing my best to follow your instructions, but... how do I keep my lip ring from turning itself?

Every time I eat, speak, even put on Chapstick, it turns until the ball goes all the way from the front of my mouth, flush against my skin, to the inside of my mouth. I would just leave it there, but it doesn't look right, and it's a little uncomfortable.

Thanks!

We have found the rings will turn as you move your body, it does not matter what part.  We do recommend not moving the ring inbetween cleanings because it can cause irritation and this can increase your chances of having a problem.

If the jewellery moves on it own when you speak or eat thats ok, but if you do find the position uncomfortable, then of course you should move it.  Just be careful not to over do it and always have clean hands when doing it.
