So since my last post (where I had a severely pissed off spollen and in pain tragus) I replaced my lebret stud with a CBR. Other then the fact that the piercer was not so gentle closing the thing it was an instant relief. It drained forever tho! After about a week the swelling and pain was completely gone (after the ring change i never touched it left it comepletely alone) Threw away all that crap the other piercers gave me and I was so happy it was doing good. The only thing i noticed was that i think because of the swelling the stud and made a huge indention in the skin! That was hard to heal and scabbed and what not and always looked a little funny.
Well it was going fine until today. I think i have the bump :( Its the huge (about the size of the CBR ball) size red pimple bump. It is pretty looks like the CBR is going through the pimple (hence its not just next to it, its all around it.) Its not bleeding or in pain, its just a big ugly raised bump.
My question is, is this a Keloid? Or is it just that scarring crap? I had always noticed a slight bump, but it has never been big and red like this before.
So i started doing just warm compresses again, hopefully this will help. Any advice or clue to what it could be?

Glad that you inserted a hoop, and the bump you are now experiencing is normal because of the tissue damage you had done in the past. The bump will go away and its not a keloid, it is fluid filled.
Keep doing the warm water compress and try not sleeping on it. You may notice that it is ready to pop and if it does, then that will relieve the pressure. Please do not pop it yourself as this could result in even a larger bump in a week or so.
