Hi,
There's this red bubble like a small lump at the piercing site,
When i put the earring through, diluted blood would come out from the bubble
and i really do not know what to do to get rid of it
I'm afraid that if i close it the piercing, the lump would remain there
Can i put anti-septic cream/ anti-biotic cream on the bubble?
otherwise what should i do to get rid of the bubble
How do i know if its a keloid?

The bump is there because of what you are doing! If you want the problems to continue, go ahead and do what you want!
If you want the piercing to heal, LEAVE IT ALONE! Stop abusing it and let it heal.
