Hey....im really interested in gettin my labret pierced...but before i do anything i wanna know what are some of the problems i might run into, like infections, or eating habits, aftercare, and can it cause any really severe problems with my lip?

We cannot comment on how much any piercing will hurt because each person is different. You will have to just how your pain tolerance is for other things and then you will have some idea of how much this will hurt.
There is always a risk with any piercing, with the labret, there is the jewllery that can damage your gums (depending on the placement of the jewellery). You can check out blackstar aftercare section for more information about it. Infections are rare for this piercing, but if the jewellery is too short, and you have excessive swelling, you can create problems because the body will not have the room and it will start acting like its infected but its a jewellery problem.
It should not cause any real problems with your lip because the piercing is below it.
