I got my eyebrow pierced about 14 weeks ago, and everything has been fine. No infections, just a little crust every now and then.
Just got a new job and I have to take my barbell out for work... it is part-time so never for more that about 4 to 6 hours at a time.
Am I risking that the hole will close up? what are the chances that this will happen? and is there anything I can do to prevent it?

Any piercing takes about 1 year to fully heal. This means that you can remove the jewellery without the risk of closing up the hole.
At 14 weeks, its still not fully healed and changing of the jewellery frequently can cause irritation to the piercing. This can result in losing the piercing.
Speak to your employer and ask if a barbell which is less obvious is allowed and even have one in place so that they can see it.
