It has been a while since I got my tongue pierced.
I don't have any white substance on my tongue, but there is one problem.
MY TONGUE IS STILL SLIGHTLY SWOLLEN!!!!!!!
I went to my piercer a couple of weeks ago and they told me I shouldn't downsize it. I can't tell if it's gone down, but it is still swollen.
It's been about 2 months since I got it done. The swelling has gone down, just not all the way.
What do I do?
The first signs of malnutrition is a swollen tongue. If you are not eating properly, then the swelling will not be completely dissipated.
If you play with it, that will also be a factor. We still recommend you using Extra Strength Midol to help reduce the swelling. Eating healthy, nutritious meals will also be helpful.
