I've had my tongue pierced for about 9 weeks now and I'm assuming its completely healed.  I can eat whatever I want, talk normal, and there are no signs of discharge and bleeding. I've been using the twice a day washing my tongue day and night after the 6th week.

when I play with it thoough, that my tongue feels sore and it kinda started to hurt if I put pressure on it and usually it hasnt done that. So I dont know, Im just wondering if this is normal stuff when I "overplay" with it or whatever?

Why do you wash your tongue twice a day?  If nothing is wrong with your tongue, why are still doing aftercare?

Doing a daily hygiene for your mouth is good for you.  But this means, brushing your teeth and rinsing with mouthwash.  We have found that the latest craze of tongue cleaners is not necessary and even harmful for those who have their tongues pierced.

So please STOP cleaning your tongue.  You are irritating it and this is causing you problems.  Overplaying, can also make things painful but by eliminating the one cleaning problem, the other will correct itself (of course, unless you are rough playing with the barbell? then we recommend you STOP doing that too!)
