I was told to use saline solution to clean my nose bump
Has anyone tried this,, does it work or is it a bad idea
If its good, what type am I looking to buy?

There is NOTHING you need to do special to take care of this piercing. The jewellery is so small that doing anything will only irritate the tissues.
Just wash your face as you did before you received the piercing. Be careful when you towel dry your face or remove clothing over your head as the head piece could get caught and irritate your piercing.
Other than that, just leave it alone and let the body heal itself. If you develop the bump, please write back. Most important, do not pop or use any harsh products as this will only delay the healing process.
