I can't seem to unscrew the ball of the piercing. I've tried unscrewing both ends, but nothing seems to happen. What should I do?
Sometimes, the balls are locked on very tight or you need to wear rubber or latex gloves in order to get a good grip on the balls so that you can turn them.
Remember the saying: Lefty lucy, Righty tighty.
You may also be trying to turn them the incorrect direction.
