so i took my piercing out because one night it fell out and i just put it back in and when i woke up that morning all around it was really red it was like a big circle and it scabbed up and then it started to look like it was almost healed but now its coming back again and theres a little bump where the piercing used to be and its starting to get red around the bump again..
That is not an infection but a serious irritation. You did not give us enough details so that we can assist you in clearing up the problem.
The bump is NOT an infection; its the body wanting to patch up the hole that it now has in your nose, it does not understand or acknowledge the jewellery. It wants to heal the hole and you want to have jewellery in it.
Please just do some very warm compresses 2 times a day (morning and evening) for about 10 minutes. Also take an anti-inflamatory as well.

there was an infection b.c i put this cream that drains the infection n it all was draining out
&& its just like a purple mark from the nose ring and a rec circle around it still
its been there for almost a month

If you are taking matters in your own hand and have irritated your piercing to the point that you have upset the ecological balance on your skin, then you will develop an infection.
Please go seek medical attention.
