Piercing Won't Stop Bleeding!

PLEASE STOP USING ANY AFTERCARE FOR YOUR NOSE.  Salt water is not good for any fresh piercing and yes, the bleeding can be the result of the salt water soaks.

A common way of removing the final traces of blood from meat is to soak and salt it.   If you use salt, no matter what the source, you will be CURING your skin.

This is damaging to the tissues inside and outside of your nose.

Please leave it alone, just wash your face regularly.  Be aware that there is a piece of jewellery on one side and be careful when patting dry your face.  The cloth can catch on the screw and you may lose your piercing.

This is really disgusting to ask but should I just leave the clot inside my nose alone?  it's forming a clot around the piercing on the inside and it's fine for the most part but occasionally it makes it hard for me to breathe.  I'm scared to death to blow my nose in fear of more bleeding.

By the way, my nose didn't bleed all night last night after I heeded your advice by no aftercare.

We are very happy that you did not have any more bleeding.  Now that the piercing has settled a little bit, we suggest swinging down the screw part and using your fingers or a wet Q-tip remove the crusties.  Do not leave them there, just do not use anything other product.

Be gentle when blowing your nose and soon the piercing will be fine.

I just have to say that I followed your advice and only used warm water on a cotton ball or Q-tip on my nose piercing and it's like a miracle!  I am not having any more problems at all with bleeding or crusting.
