I got my tongue pierced yesterday and the actual piercing does not hurt at all, but the tip of my tongue is kind of numb.

im not sure what that is about, i started to feel it about 10 minutes after my peircing.  i clean it and everything like i should, so i was just wondering, is this normal?

PLEASE help me out!

The way that you were pierced, there is a clamp placed on the front of your tongue to keep it in place and this can have some affect of numbness to some.  Please do not worry about it and this will slowly return to normal.

You state that you clean it like you should but you do not actually tell us what that is.  Your aftercare may be incorrect and even damage your tongue.  Please go to our aftercare section in our forum and follow our aftercare.  This will assist to get your tongue to normal as quickly as possible with less risks.

Most important about this piercing is nutrition and if you are not eating well, then the tongue will remain swollen and the numbness as well.

Please keep in touch with your progress.
