hey, wondering if you could help? ive just had my tragus pierced (3 days ago) and i was told only to use salt water twice a day to clean. Its the 3rd day and the skin is quite red and sore.
People i have asked have said its normal but im not sure! am i doing things right or not?

Sorry but we do NOT agree with using salt water for any piercing. It dries out the tissues and will develop into bigger problems if you continue to use it.
Aftercare is to kickstart the body to do the healing, the more you do, the longer it will take for the healing to take place.
Please look at our aftercare section of this forum for our way.

We have a section in the forum called Blackstar Aftercare. Please go there and get the aftercare for the tragus (cartilage piercing).
Follow it from the today, not from when you got the piercing because we do not want you to overclean and irritate your piercing.
