i was interested in knowing how far you think you can stretch a lip with a good chance of the large hole closing some day?
i know stretching is easy in the lip because it is such a vascular area, but does that mean it will close up just as easy?

Upgauging the lip can be problematic as the larger the hole, the more difficult it will be to eat and drink.
As long as you understand that there are consequences to upgauging, go with what you want it to look like.
The larger any hole becomes, the less chance you have it closing up.
Think before you upgauge!
