I've gotten my lip pierced once before (standard piercing on the bottem) with a hoop but since my friend did it it didn't come out good and the piercing moved because the ring was too small so it started coming out from the top of my lip instead of the back where it's supposed to go, so I removed it.
My lip has been well healed, and I went to a professional and got it done right this time.
I'm looking at the lip ring on the inside, and it doesn't look infected or anything, but it looks like it's starting to move a little bit again. Is this normal? It has a little white line underneith where the piercing is coming out of on the inside. But yeah, they pierced it with a 16 and with a ring. I got it Saturday. They told me to rinse with listerine, put hydrogen peroxide on the inside, and a betadine solution on the outside 3 times a day. Basically everytime after I eat.
So my question is am I doing everything right? Can it be that the piercing will move because it did last time and I got it repierced in the same spot? Can rotating the piercing playing with it be bad for it cause it to move? Should I change it to a stud to prevent it from moving? I took some pics so you can get a better idea:

From the last picture that we saw, your piercing is migrating. We do not use 16g for any oral piercings because of the higher risk of migration. We start with a 14g. Hydrogen peroxide should not be used on the inside of your body, the label states this as it can be harmful. So please STOP using this product altogether; this product is harsh and does a lot of damage.
Betadine is an iodine product and should not be used frequently, again, this product is harsh and damaging to the new developing tissues trying to form inside your piercing. Please STOP doing anything to your piercing as you are doing too much damage to it.
You only need to clean your piercing once a day and only with soap and water. PLEASE STOP USING ALL THE OTHER PRODUCTS! It may be too late as once migration starts, it cannot stop.
Keep in touch with your progress.
Well that's fxcking great. If I take it out and let it heal up and get it repierced, do you think it would do the same thing?
There is always a chance of migration in the lip because of the type of tissue inside the mouth. We would suggest that you do not put it in the exact same place and this may reduce the risk of migration as well as following our aftercare which you will find on this forum.
Good luck and keep in touch
