about a month ago i had my bottom lip pierced on the side with a stud.  I had it done at the same piercing place as my others as they turned out ok.

The problem i have is that my piercing has healed up and it doens't hurt at all but i am now stuck with a little white lump that attached to some skin by my piercing which seems to get bigger.

Do you know what this is and how do i get rid of it?

You did not tell us what your aftercare is was.  We also need to know how long has the lump been there.

Is the white lump look like a pimple?  Is it sore at all?  Your piercing has not healed up, as it takes up to a full year for any piercing to be healed.  We treat them as healed (meaning you can changed the jewellery) at 6 weeks as the granulation tissue has started for form on the inside of the piercing.  The body heals by secondary intent and it is the longest healing process we have.

Once you give us some more information, we can better assist you in resolving this issue.  For now, if you are still doing any cleaning to this piercing, PLEASE STOP!
