Hello...I've been thinking of getting my labia pierced..I am not sure if I want the inner labia or outer..is there any difference? would it be necessary to shave remove hair from and around the area where it will be pierced.
When it comes to washing it and keeping it clean, would I have to wash it with soft soap after everytime I go to the bathroom and after having sex.
Is a small curved barbell ok to use for this piercing? Thanks
The decision for which labia to be pierced is preference, some women with prominent outer labia, chose to pierce the inner ones and those with larger inner ones have pierced the outer ones. So that it looks attractive to the person getting it done. Therefore we cannot tell you, you have to think about which one is more appealing to you.

We recommend using Softsoap as its the mildest we have seen, but any liquid or glycerine based soap will do just fine. After sex, well, what do you think!
If you want a curved barbell, we would not suggest getting a labia piercing, unless you are talking about a circular barbell (horseshoe style), then it can be done but only after you complete the aftercare.
