Ok, so I've had my piercing going on 9 months now and everything is going ok....but I notice I get a pimple on my right nipple right outside of the piercing, it don't move my rings.

I clean with Q-tips everyday.  It comes and goes away. But this last time, it pussed a litte while in the shower now it a red bump. I haven't been squeezing it, do you think it is an infection?

thanx in advanced

Even cleaning with Q-tips could be enough of an irritation resulting in the bump.  Please stop doing anything to your piercing.

When showering, just let the warm water run over the piercing.  Do not soap the nipple at all.  If you are doing this then again, it can be part of your problem.

Since you have developed the bump, there has to be something that irritating it.  It is NOT an infection.

Just try to leave it alone and follow our recommendation.
