Hello, i got my nipple pierced about 3 months ago now and just recently (last 2 weeks) it has started getting a bump where the ring goes into my nipple prominently on the side facing the centre of my body.
It often has a whitish buildup of liquid which can be easily pushed out with very little pressure. As well it bleeds easily although admittedly I mess with it more since i have noticed that it looked infected.
Any tips? there is absolutely no pain just visible bumps, and I am going to start cleaning it more regularly when i shower

There is a good chance that overcleaning is the culprit.
Try a little moisturizer first. If the skin at the edge of the piercing is too dry, it will crack and let bacteria into the underlying tissues. The resultant infection will look like a little red bump around the jewelry. The moisturizer will restore the skin's flexibility so that it does not crack any more, and the existing infection usually will disappear quickly.
Before you do any damage, let your nipple have a chance to heal on its own for a few days.
Keep me posted on your progess.
