I just got my nose done a few days ago. I am not sure how long I want to leave it in for, but I do know that I don't want any hole or scar left from it. I was just wondering what normal results are after 1,2,3, or 6 months. I got it pierced with a needle and am taking care of it so I don't anticipate any infection. I just want to make sure my hole won't be permanent and the mark will go away. Thanks!

the fist time i had my nose pierced I think I had it for around 2 months and I took mine out and I luckily got no scar left from it. Sometimes there can be a little red mark but generally it's not noticeable unless you tell someone about it.

I think that with any piercing you have to prepare for a small scar when you take it out.

Everyone is different with the scaring issue.  So if you are not interested in keeping this for a long time, the less time its in, the better for scaring.

When the piercing is over a year old, the hole is there and probably will shrink but will remain.

There are many clients who had their piercing out for several years and had the piercing out for over a year, but wanted it back.  It was not a repiercing, but a recovery because we were able to find the original path.

We cannot say for certain what will happen to you, we are just giving you some actual situations and what we were able to do for them.
