HI, I just got a new bar closure ring after initially having a stud and i cannot work out how to open it! it doesnt have a ball on it it is smooth! please help im dying to wear it!!
From your description, you have a segment ring and it is best if you go to a piercer and let them insert the jewellery. It requires reverse plyers and skill to use and insert this type of jewellery.
