i dont really know much about this piercing except that i really want it!
could someone give me advice on it like migration, pain, aftercare.

The problem with this piercing is that it does migrate quite easily because of the fact that you use your hands to much. The ring will become irritated easily depending on what type of work you do with your hands. You will have to limit the use of the pierced hand while it heals and this could make putting on your clothes difficult.
The pain will depend on your tolerance and where exactly you want to have it pierced. We cannot answer this as each person is different. The aftercare is similar to a soft tissue or navel aftercare (at least this is our aftercare for this piercing).
Think about this piercing carefully as it will make using the hand difficult.

I'm just scared of ripping it out.
You can still rip the ring from the piercing if you are not careful.
