I had my tongue pierced about late march 2009 and I removed my piercing a year later. There's like a small bump on the bottom of my tongue. It doesn't hurt at all . It form after I removed my piercing. So my question is could I get my tongue repierced and is it possible for it to be done in the same spot as last time? Thanks

If your jewelry was in for a year, and you experienced no problems, a competent piercer should be able to recover the piercing. It should still be there.

Recovery is preferable to re-piercing, as there is no aftercare, and you have no risk of infection because the skin is not broken.
