Hi,
I was just wondering if it has to be your parents signing the form or can it be one of your friends who are over 18?

It never ceases to amaze me how misunderstood this issue is!
In our jurisdiction, the Age of Majority is 18. This means that an individual who has not achieved the age of 18 is unable to legally bind themselves by signing a contract, unless their signature is ratified by a parent or guardian. Ultimately the parent or guardian accepts full responsibility for the consequences of their own signature, as well as that of the minor.
A friend just doesn't work in this situation. The piercing release form is a contract. A friend who is not qualified to act as a legal guardian is committing fraud (a criminal act) if they ratify your signature.

thanks for answering : )
Oh, and I have another question:
Do you have to pay by cash or can you use debit card or visa/mastercard ?
Reputable studios will provide their customers with a variety of payment options. At Blackstar we accept most cards.
