ive had my eyebrow pierced for over 3 months and i have to take it out for work but dont want it to close up, how long will it take to close up?

The piercing will not close if you keep the piercing for over a year. It takes that long for the granulation tissue to form.

Since your piercing is only about 3 months, there is a good chance if you remove it for work that it will close up by the time your shift is over.
Can you wear a bandage over the piercing? Is your employer not willing to work with you, like getting a retainer for work?
You did not tell us what gauge or if you were pierced with a ring or barbell?
