Of course you should always clean new jewellery. We recommend using rubbing alcohol. Just take a cotton ball and rub it along the shaft etc.
I realize that was probably a dumb question, but after learning that leaving your piercing alone is better than anything else, I wasn't sure about cleaning my new jewelry anymore. Thanks for clearing that up. =)
