Its been years since I had my nose pierced, ever since it has had a little black mark on my nose where the piercing was, how do I get rid of it, everyone comments on it !

That black mark is caused by using sterling silver jewellery. As it tarnishes, it leaves a permanent black mark. Some have said that as the years go on, the mark becomes less noticable.
Sorry but this is the main reason why we do not recommend using sterling silver in body jewellery.

So there is nothing I can put on it to make it fade somewhat, its been years and still quite visible.

We do not know of anything that will fade it, but we have heard about Olay and a line that clears up old blemishes. You may try that and see if anything happens.
