What is the age of consent for body piercings in Ontario? I've heard it was 16 from some and 18 from others.
Can you clear this up for me?
According to Ontario, age of consent is 18 years old. This means that you are unable to sign a legal document until you reach the age of 18.
The release form is a simple contract and so therefore you need to be 18 in order to sign it.
Some places use the younger age but the problem is that a parent can have the piercer charged.
Hope we have assisted in clarifying this issue.
