I recently got both of my nipples pierced (3 days ago) and I have a couple of questions.
I am currently cleaning twice a day and soaking with sea salt, and I am wondering how long I am supposed to continue doing this? I know obviously longer than 3 days... but just wondering.
Also, am I supposed to move the rings at all? like when I am cleaning the piercing?

Please STOP using this aftercare and go to our aftercare section and follow ours.
Please DO NOT use salt water soaks as this dries out the tissues and this will make your nipples sore and tender. Salt water is used in tanning hides and this is what will happen to your skin if you continue to use it.
Soap and water is all that is necessary and of course you have to move the rings when you are cleaning them as you need to get rid of the bacteria that is inside the piercings.
